We do not accept refund or returns for any orders. We do have exchange policy, item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. We offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To exchange your product, You should e-mail us : info@halation.in. Mention the reason for exchange along with the order ID. We will get in touch with you within 24-48hrs and arrange a pickup.
Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a quality check and once approved, your exchange will be processed further.
